Shawn Smith is the creator of Shawnimals, which makes little ninjas and variety of other little dudes.  Wee-ninja is pretty awesome. He is kind of shaped like a ninja star and the pocket version could easily fit in your ninja outfit for quick access. They recently released a DS game called NinjaTown staring Wee-ninja and a cast of motley ninja characters (seen in the image above). They also came out with a blank plushform where you can draw your own shawnimal. There are some pretty neat ones up on flickr.
